I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing various life circumstances including depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss and trauma. Life can be messy…and full of uncomfortable feelings. It’s our ability to cope with these feelings that enables us to get through the night, wake up the next morning and keep moving forward. I believe that learning from what we have experienced is what makes change possible. Whatever your circumstances, I will meet you there. -

I've worked with individuals and families, ranging in age from infants to elderly, and I currently work with individuals aged from late adolescence to elder years. I am particularly drawn to working with clients on the internal, unconscious processes present in all of us, which, when brought to light, can be of great benefit. I am also very aware, and accepting of external forces that surround us, and help clients find solutions to challenges in their lives. -

Whatever you're going through that led you to seek out a therapist is most likely tied to your relationships. Distress or heartache is rarely a solitary experience. Perhaps your family, a friend, a partner or unrequited love, your boss or co-worker, or someone from your past comes to mind. And last, but definitely not least, our relationship with ourselves can be a source of happiness or suffering. The way we talk to ourselves and the things we believe about ourselves can create peace or pain. -

I believe that life often leads us to places we didn't expect - feeling alone, overwhelmed, disappointed, or angry. My hope is that therapy gets to be a place where you start to be known, understood and make sense of whats happening within. I deeply believe in the work of therapy, and that by starting the process, we are changed.
