I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing various life circumstances including depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss and trauma. Life can be messy…and full of uncomfortable feelings. It’s our ability to cope with these feelings that enables us to get through the night, wake up the next morning and keep moving forward. I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults (18+) and evaluations for adolescents and adults (12+). My work focuses on anxiety, depression, and identity exploration, with particular attention to how neurodevelopmental differences shape daily life, relationships, and self-understanding. I offer ADHD and autism-focused evaluations designed to provide clear, practical insight into both strengths and areas of challenge. I am LGBTQIA+, poly, and ENM-affirming.
