Life can be messy…and full of uncomfortable feelings. It’s our ability to cope with these feelings that enables us to get through the night, wake up the next morning and keep moving forward. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents (15+) navigating anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. I am LGBTQIA+, poly, and ENM-affirming, providing a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore relationships, identity, and self-understanding. I also provide neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations, offering comprehensive assessments that highlight both strengths and challenges.
