Anne Ihnen, LMHC
(she/her)
Since I opened my practice in 2003, I’ve helped hundreds of people heal from trauma, learn to cope with anxiety, navigate life transitions, and gain insights and understanding around how their early life experiences shaped their ways of being in the world. My style is warm and interactive and I focus not on what’s “wrong” with you, but on how the ways you’ve adapted to the world no longer work - and then help you find new ways of being and create a more satisfying life for yourself.

Susan Jenkins, PhD
(she/her)
I've worked with individuals and families, ranging in age from infants to elderly, and I currently work with individuals aged from late adolescence to elder years. I am particularly drawn to working with clients on the internal, unconscious processes present in all of us, which, when brought to light, can be of great benefit. I am also very aware, and accepting of external forces that surround us, and help clients find solutions to challenges in their lives. -
Ewa Lichnowska, LMHC, CST
(she/her)
I am an American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) Certified Sex Therapist working with couples and individuals. My passion is helping my clients discover their own, relational and sexual selves so they can thrive in their relationship and experience a holistic, expansive and immersive sexuality. -
Daphna Steier, PsyD
(she/her)
My approach to treatment is based on the idea that current difficulties are rooted in unresolved feelings, thoughts, conflicts, or coping styles from the past. I help people understand the patterns in their lives and connections to the past, so they can live their lives more effectively in the present. A challenge from the present may have existed in the past and will likely reveal itself in our therapeutic work.
