My theoretical framework, which organizes how I understand the mind, is influenced by Buddhist Psychology and Humanistic Psychology. These theoretical perspectives recognize that we have the potential within ourselves to heal and find peace in our lives. They beautifully articulate the ways our unresolved issues and emotional wounding make themselves known to us in our present-moment experience.
